Momo’s sensibility as a producer drives all four songs on Intl Style. The bass drums fall like heavy drops of water, snares ripple outwards, and when her voice doubles underneath or above itself the split feels like we’re submerged somewhere in-between. – Tristan Rodman via Portals
The ever gracious Chart Attack have premiered the new video for Saxsyndrum’s Maceonectar, a vibrant and pulsing saxophone odyssey visually narrated by none other than Frances Adair McKenzie.
For me, listening to this piece is like a walk at sunrise (post-meditation) through a tropical aviary. The bird song elements and their disarming inorganic quality are what inspired the video’s looping, giffy style and the bright, bouncy, flickering and lo-fi aesthetic. – Frances Adair via Chart Attack

This follow up to last year’s Future Circus sees the duo at odds, each taking to their own side of the limited cassette. Nick’s drum side brings the listener into a geological expedition of percussion, bringing out the hidden musicality of the rhythm section. The sax side has all the honk, and skronk you’d expect densely layered under a swathe of clicks, and pops that take you from soaring through the air, right back down to the dance floor.
The cassette also features beautiful silkscreen work from Malcolm Remple with a smooth as silk neon fade. There are only fifty copies to get on them while their still around!.
